By accessing or using TruffAC ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

TruffAC is a software-based anti-cheat system designed for FiveM servers. The Service includes real-time cheat detection, automated enforcement, a web-based management panel, and related tools.

2. License and Restrictions

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use TruffAC on your authorized server. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with TruffAC software.
• Distribute the software to unauthorized third parties.
• Use the Service for any illegal or malicious purposes.

3. Intellectual Property

All code, branding, and content associated with TruffAC are the intellectual property of TruffAC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for its intended purpose only.

4. Limitation of Liability

TruffAC is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages, data loss, or disruption resulting from the use of the Service.

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your license is revoked immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
