1. No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of TruffAC, all purchases are non-refundable. Once a license key has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged. This applies to all plans including Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly, and Lifetime subscriptions.

2. Instant Access

TruffAC is a software product that is delivered instantly upon purchase. Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be "returned" once accessed. The license key and all features are made available immediately after purchase.

3. Support First

Before considering a dispute, please contact our support team on Discord. We are committed to resolving any technical issues you may encounter during installation or usage.

4. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us will result in immediate termination of your account and a permanent ban from TruffAC services.

5. Exceptions

In rare cases, we may consider exceptions at our sole discretion:

• Duplicate payments: If you were charged twice for the same purchase due to a technical error.
• Service failure: If we are unable to deliver the product due to a critical issue on our end that cannot be resolved.

To request a review of exceptional circumstances, contact us via our Discord server with your purchase details.

5. Chargebacks
